Behind every pop-up are dozens of decisions, deadlines and suppliers. In project management everything comes together with one person who knows the status of every trade, spots conflicts early and prepares your decisions.
For the Instagram x Amazon Creators Experience Day we brought together location, staff, exhibition build coordination, technology, after-party and catering. For Deutsche Bahn’s Hauptstadtdialog we coordinated several formats and side events.

Are you on site during the project?
