The right space is the foundation

Location, size, shop window, technology and rental period decide whether a pop-up works. Through our network we know spaces that are becoming available and find the right option for your concept – from a small store in Mitte to a large hall.

For Worldcoin, for example, we handled scouting and organising the location – the Purple Pop-Up in Berlin. For ATEEZ it was a space at Alexanderplatz, for Pflanzen für Alle the L73.

FAQ

How much does it cost to rent a pop-up space in Berlin?

The price depends on location, size, rental period and extras such as fit-out, staff and logistics. Every quote is individual and non-binding.

How long can I rent a pop-up space?

Flexibly from one day to two years – from a weekend to Fashion Week to a market test over several months.

How does renting a space work?

Briefing on goal, size, dates and budget, a shortlist of suitable spaces, a viewing on site or by video, the contract with the landlord – and on request fit-out and operations by our team.

Can we get staff and logistics with the space?

Yes. We provide staff for sales, reception and entry and handle transport, storage, set-up and dismantling – together with the space, from one partner.

Do we need a German company to rent a space?

Not always. Many tasks can be handled by a local operating partner – the right setup is agreed with your tax and legal advisors.

Do you find spaces outside Berlin?

Yes, through our network in Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne and Düsseldorf.
